If You do need to make a return or exchange, you´re welcome to do so within 14 days after you received the product. Email us at our contact e-mail browtrimmers@gmail.com within 14 days.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused, in their original condition and in their original packages with everything in it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange. 

Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s) then we are unable to accept your return. The customer stands for the shipping price.

We will only refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us several pictures/videos of the item as soon as you get it, to browtrimmers@gmail.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you usually within 2 working days.
